Ian has over 40 years experience in handling Business Rates matters for both public and private sectors. After 10 years with the Valuation Office, Ian developed a highly successful and profitable Rating practice at Dron & Wright before setting up his own consultancy Tanner Rose in 2006.

Ian has been appointed as Rating advisor to numerous high-profile and specialised organisations including Network Rail, Transport for London and the Serviced Office sector.

Ian has sat on various Government and professional advisory panels and as a Trustee for A Call To Business spends time supporting business start ups both in the UK and overseas.
